Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager - Project Coordination

Description:

12 - 18 Yrs in Oil & Gas Offshore Industry with E & P companies or LSTK / EPIC Contractor etc. with specific single handed experience as project co-ordinator for atleast two LSTK offshore projects. Added experience of Contract Management along with overall Coordination & laisoning with the clients/ sub contractors, certification agency, third party Inspection agency is required.

Skills :

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering

Job Title: Manager – Project Planning & Cost Control

Description:

Should possess 10 to 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas offshore industry with an Oil company or LSTK / EPIC contractor. Should have been involved in project planning & cost control on an independent basis utilizing project planning tools such as Prima Vera, M.S Project etc, intermediate project reviews, progress reporting and documentation thereof.

Should be able to prepare complete planning package and draw out the initial schedule based upon work scope & continuously monitor the same with an ability to suggest intermediate corrective step at fixed interval.

Should have sound working knowledge of at least one planning software including primavera.

Skills :

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of Planning tools such as Primavera, M.S Project. Experience in EPIC offshore Oil & Gas project would be preferred.

Job Title: Senior Manager/ Asst. General Manager – Business Development

Description:

Should possess 12-15 yrs of experience in business development for an EPIC offshore Oil & Gas project with emphasis on strategy formulation and institutional bidding. Experience should be exemplary and should have strong techno- commercial skills including knowledge on taxation laws. Will be involved in managing existing clients, building new customer base, assisting with the preparation and submission of techno-commercial bids. Will also be involved in creating and managing strategic relationship and alliance with Joint Venture partners and other associates. Should be a team leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to handle multidiscipline task force. Should be familiar with project planning and control techniques with preference for cost monitoring.

Skills :

Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably with MBA (Marketing), experience of Business Development in EPIC offshore Oil & Gas project would be preferred

Job Title: Manager – Structural

Description:

• Should possess rich experience in design of Jackets and decks of offshore platforms, Fatigue (Spectral and Deterministic), Lift, Transportation & Loadout analysis and all miscellaneous designs related to fixed offshore platforms. Experience in STAAD, Frame work is desirable. Should be experienced in analysis, design detailed engg. & costing of industrial technological structures, specifically in structural steel, pipe racks, liquid retaining structures, equipment foundations for compressors, generators, boilers, pumps, vertical / horizontal vessels, columns and heat exchangers, cooling towers etc. Familiarsation with international codes like API, ASME, BS, ACI, EN, DIN, etc will be preferred.
• Also should have exposure in Metallurgical Analysis as per the Codes and standard with the assistance from Vendors and Detailed Engineering Consultants.

Skills :

Degree in Civil Engineering with knowledge of designing of well head platforms. Experience in Designing of offshore oil & gas structures would be preferred.

Job Title: Executive

Description:

Experience in handling departmental Invoicing, i.e. booking of invoices, scrutiny of invoices. Preparing monthly provisions. Sound experience in budget preparation and documentation. Preparation and analysis of annual MIS reports for comparisons [ e.g. Capex ]. Liasoning with internal departments and Auditors.

Skills :

Inter CA / MBA with Finance with 5 – 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in Shipping Industry preferable

Job Title: Senior Manager – Business Development

Description:

Relevant experience in sourcing requirements for Offshore Support Vessels with all clients within & outside India. Experience in evaluating tenders and making offers / bids. Follow-up with clients until award of Contract. In-chartering of vessels for Indian market. Coordination between various service departments of the Company and the clients at the time of tendering and post award of contract for smooth performance of contract. Liaisoning with Clients/ Charter party. Attending to client’s grievances and redressing the same. Keeping abreast of latest developments in the industry and market intelligence. Preparing of reports, presentations etc.

Skills :

Should possess 15 to 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas offshore industry. Should be a Master Mariner/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ MBA (Marketing) with mandatory Chartering/ Business Development experience in Offshore industry.

Job Title: Senior Manager – Operations

Description:

Maintaining contact with charterer – for on-hire & post fixture follow up. Liaison and relationship management with Naval Authorities. To ensure the General Trading licenses such as GTL, Insurance certificates and any other client specific requirements outside of Class & administration. Dealing with non-conformities covering ship and shore based operations. Briefing /debriefing of Fleet Staff as per client specific requirements. To appoint, monitor and review port agent’s performances, to liaison with port authorities for smooth vessel operations. Conducting Vessel on-hire and Off-hire Surveys. Visit vessels and sail for short period if required.

Skills :

Master Mariner with 15 – 20 years of sailing experience in Oil & Gas Offshore industry.

Job Title: Executive – Information Technology

Description:

Designs, develops and supports application solutions with focus on SAP Net weaver - Advanced Business Application Programming. This role may design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Establish development standards for functional specifications, technical specifications, coding, testing and acceptance. Prior experience in Service Industry /Manufacturing Industry, along with Business process knowledge in Plant & Maintenance would be added advantage.

Skills :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with SAP.NetWeaver.ABAP: Mastered. Should posses work experience of 2 – 4 years in a non IT industry with relevant knowledge and experience in SAP.
