Shri Keki M. Elavia, who holds a B. Com. (Hons.) degree, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA).

He has been a Partner of the leading firm of Chartered Accountants, M/s Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Mumbai for 35 years. His areas of specialisation are Audit & Review and Corporate Advisory (Business Valuations, Merger and Acquisitions, Financial Restructuring Foreign Director Investment etc.

Shri Elavia, who holds Directorships in a number of leading companies, is a Member of India UK Accountancy Task Force constituted by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. He has been a member of the Indian Advisory Committee of HSBC, as an Appointee of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Expert Group of RBI, the Board of Governors, Bombay Chapter, The Institute of Internal Auditors and Committees of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Shri Kaushal R. Sachar holds a Marine Engineering Certificate from the Directorate of Marine Engineering Training (DMET) and first class certificate (motor and steam) from the Ministry of Surface Transport, Government of India.

Shri Sachar has over 40 years of experience in shipping and offshore field. During his 34 years of service with Shipping Corporation of India (1962-1996), he has held various positions and responsibilities including as Managing Director of Irano-Hind Shipping Company, Director (Coastal Passenger Ships & Offshore Marine Services), Director (Technical & Offshore Services). Further, he has been the Managing Director of New Seltzer Diesel India Limited (June 1996 to March 1997) and Executive Director of Wartsila India Limited (April 1997 to March 2002).

Shri Sachar, who is presently Management Consultant, has been an Advisor to HAL Offshore and Iftex Company (2002-2005).

He has been a Fellow member of The Institute of Marine Engineers (India) and Fellow member of I.Mar.EST London.

Shri Prakash Chandra Kapoor, aged 65, is a qualified Bachelor of Naval Architect from IIT Kharagpur with a vast experience in Ship Construction, Ship Design and its management. He was associated with Mazgaon Dock Ltd for Five & half years. Later on he promoted Bharati Shipyard Ltd in 1976 with an overall charge of development and operations of the company. He is a member of Confederation of Indian Industry, Engineering Export Promotion Council, All India Management Association, Indian Economic Development and Research Association and an active committee member of Institute of Naval Architects, India.

Shri. Vijay Kumar, aged 65 is a qualified Naval Architect with B.Tech (Honours) from IIT Kharagpur with a vast experience of more than 43 years in ship design, ship construction and its management. He was associated with Mazgaon Dock Ltd for seven years. Later on he promoted Bharati Shipyard Ltd in 1976 and was over all in charge of design and marketing the products of the Company. He is currently a member of the Bureau Veritas Asia Committee, Lloyds Register South Asia Advisory Committee, ABS India National Committee, Executive Committee of Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the Secretary of Shipyards Association of India, a Director of the Indian Register of Shipping and the President of Institute of Naval Architects, India. He was earlier the Chairman of Audit Committee of National Ship Design & Research Centre, Government of India, member of the Working Group for the VIIIth , IXth, Xth and XIth Five Year Plans for Shipbuilding and Shiprepair Industry, Government of India, member of the Governing Council of National Ship Design & Research Centre, Government of India and Convener of DGTD for Shipbuilding and Shiprepair.

Shri Soli C. Engineer has four decades of experience in the shipping and offshore sectors.

He is associated with the maritime industry since 1966 and after graduating from the Marine Engineering College, Kolkata, joined Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd. in 1970. He did the rounds of all departments, including sailing the seas as Chief Engineer on tankers and bulk carriers.

He has been associated with the offshore sector, ever since the time of conceptualisation of the offshore oil field services business in 1978, under the auspices of The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd.

He was appointed as President – Technical & Operations of the Company in 2006 and appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Manager under section 269 of the Companies Act, 1956 with effect from May 30, 2009. He is personally and intimately involved with and attuned to each of the vessels and rigs in the fleet, right from the design stage, through to the construction, delivery and operations.

Shri Chandan Bhattacharya, around 64 years did his graduation in Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from Calcutta University.He had an uninterrupted career spanning 37 years with State Bank of India where he worked in various capacities gaining exposure and experience in diverse matters relating to banking operations - commercial and retail, capital markets, merchant banking, mutual funds and factoring apart from the insurance business and guilts and securities market. He was involved on the operations forefront with regard to banking, trade and commerce. He has held several distinguished positions and served as Director on various Boards during his long tenure with State Bank of India. He retired as Managing Director of State Bank of India after which, he was associated with SEBI Appellate Tribunal as Member till early 2007. He is a Senior Advisor of Societe Generale Bank in India and on the Board of Directors of several reputed companies.

Lt. General Deepak Summanwar is a retired Army Officer with nearly four decades of service. During service he has been decorated by the President of India for gallantry and distinguished service, has been awarded stars, operations and service medals on numerous occasions.

Lt. General Summanwar, a graduate in Defence Services and a post graduate in Business Administration is an Advisor to various companies on executive protection, crisis management, reputation due diligence, brand protection, and security & risk assessment of cities / markets.

Shri Chetan D. Mehra, aged 44, who holds a Bachelor degree in Science, is the Managing Director of Weizmann Ltd., the flagship company of Weizmann Group engaged in Textile Processing and Exports, full Fledged Money Changers and Western Union Money Transfer Business.

Shri Mehra, who has over 24 years of experience in export of textiles, money changing, money transfer businesses, housing and consumer finance and wind farm and hydro power development, has been actively involved over a decade in guiding Weizmann Group companies in Renewable Energy Sector primarily wind power and hydro power.

He has organized setting up of over 30 MW capacity wind farms in various parts of the country. He is also involved in setting up of 18 MW hydel project.
